Claracreate, by Alison Capeling is an artisan business making beautiful minimal waste products from her Cornish home studio. Each handmade item is traditionally made with thoughtful yet simple design and many are one-off pieces for you and your home.

Cosy season is here! As we drift into winter we think of softer homely textiles, plump relaxing cushions, glowing candles, throws to snuggle under and table linens for home cooked family fare. Welcoming the change of season with earthy natural tones and the simple pleasures of our cosy home.

As many of you know my life revolves around my family and creating. My love of textiles will always be with me and this year I will be working on textile art and individual wearable pieces. Collage is a passion which I have been longing to work with again, combining textiles and hand stitch and I am excited to get started and see where it takes me. Many of my usual products will still be available on Etsy and Not on the High Street, claracreate by Alison Capeling will become a platform for my new individual pieces.The online shop will stay open as usual and change will be gradual.
