Delivery

We know when you place an order it is important to receive your goods as quickly as possible. 

We are a small independent business and most of our clothing and soft furnishings are handmade. We will be working on your order as soon as it arrives and aim to post it to you as quickly as our little fingers will work. If you need your order quickly contact alison@claracreate.com  and if we can help we certainly will. Some items we keep in stock and will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Our delivery charges are:

• Standard small Royal Mail UK delivery £2.00 and £3.50 (size dependent)

• Standard medium Royal Mail UK delivery £6.00

• If you order several items over the standard size we will send them by next day courier. 

Sending parcels to our neighbours who live further afield!

• The Channel Islands are a standard delivery cost and will need a customs form.

Please note: We cannot accept liability for parcels left with alternative delivery arrangements such as parcels left on a porch/outbuilding or with a neighbour.
